Risk training part 1 - frequently asked questions
Do I have to take the Risk training part 1 before I can take the Risk training part 2?
No, you can take the risk courses in any order you want. However, as you are required to be able to manoeuvre the car in order to take the Risk training part 2, we recommend that you take the Risk training part 2 at the end of your training.
Can I cancel my course if I am unable to attend?
Yes, you can cancel your course free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the start of the course. Cancellations can be made via your booking page or by contacting our customer service.
Do I need to bring anything with me to the risk training part 1?
Yes, you do. You must present a valid national ID card, Freja eID or passport at the time of the course. Without a valid ID you cannot attend the course.
What time should I be on site for the course?
It is important to be on site 15 minutes before the start of the course, unless otherwise stated, so that we can register your attendance and start the course on time.
When do you register that I have completed my course with you?
We register your course with the Swedish Transport Agency when you complete the course. This can take between 1-3 working days before it is in their system.
How long is the risk training part 1 valid?
Once you have completed the course, it is valid for 5 years.
