Risk training part 2 - frequently asked questions
What time should I be on site for the course?
If you have booked a course where you go to the skid track yourself, you must be on site 15 minutes before the start of the course, so that we can register your presence and start the course on time. If you have booked a course that includes a pick-up, you must be at the pick-up point 15 minutes before the transport departs. in case of late arrival we cannot guarantee that you can participate in the course. Please contact our customer service if you have specific questions about your booking.
My booking states that I have booked a pick-up service, do I have to use it or can I take myself to and from the training?
If you have booked a training with a pick-up service, it is important that you use it. Please contact our customer service if you have specific questions about your booking.
Are automatic or manual cars used for the risk training part 2?
The risk training part 2 is done with an automatic car, regardless of whether you are taking a manual or automatic driving licence.
Can I cancel my course if I am unable to attend?
Yes, you can cancel your course free of charge if the cancellation is made no later than 72 hours before the start of the course (with the exception of Linköping's skid track where cancellation must be made no later than 5 days before the start of the course). Cancellation is made via your booking page or by contacting our customer service. Cancellation cannot be made via the skid track.
Do I have to take the risk training part 1 before I can take the risk training part 2?
No, you can take the risk courses in any order you want. However, as you are required to be able to manoeuvre the car in order to take the risk training part 2, we recommend that you take the risk training part 2 at the end of your training.
Do I need to bring anything with me to the course?
Yes, you do. You must present a valid national ID card, Freja eID or passport at the time of the course. Without a valid ID, you cannot attend the course.
